FAQ:
I have decided on a property that I would like to rent. How do I reserve it?
We simply require the deposit for the property (usually equivalent to one month's rent plus £200). We will then cease the marking of the property for a 3 day period, in which you must provide us with your completed application forms. Once these are received, along with our agency fee, we will not market the property again and can proceed to arrange your move-in date.
What references do I need to provide?
We use a professional referencing agency who can directly contact everyone that we need, as long as you have provided their details. This means that you don't need to go out of your way to provide us with lots of information. (Although this can help to speed up your application.) The cost of this process is included in our agency fee.
What if I am a student?
If you are a full-time student, we will require you to provide a guarantor. This can be any UK resident and they must fill out an application form providing the same kind of details as the tenant application form. If this is not possible, there is also the option to pay the rent due for the term in advance.

So, before you hand over any money to any private landlord or agent, make sure you know that they are trustworthy and suitably regulated by ARLA, as this is the only way that you will know you are protected against fraud and that you will be kept safe and happy throughout your tenancy, something that we guarantee!
