• We will reference you through a referencing agency and a charge will be made for this.
• If you are a student we will require a Guarantor.
• A deposit is required on all of our properties and this is generally equivalent to 1 months rent.
• Rent is payable monthly in advance.
• If you would like to arrange to view any of the properties currently available please telephone or Email us for prompt attention.
• Viewings can be arranged outwith office hours if required.
