D.R.M. Residential was started in the early 1990’s and has grown consistently over the years. We are a young, close-knit team with a focus on enjoying our work whilst delivering a professional service to our clients.

Our property portfolio base is mostly in the Edinburgh area where we all live, meaning we have excellent local knowledge for landlords and tenants alike.

Our staff to property ratio is well within the industry recommendations to allow a reliable and efficient environment at all times, meaning we can offer a personal service from a well balanced work force.

We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the Edinburgh Landlord Accreditation scheme (ELA) and also attend regular Letwise courses to further better our knowledge of the market. This is your guarantee of professionalism and service.

We have close working relationships with professional contractors who carry out our property repairs and maintenance. We regularly inspect their work personally to make sure that it meets our high standards.
